Banquet Menus
The staff and management of the Princess Royale Hotel is pleased to host your catering event. Following is information you will find helpful in order to plan a successfull function.
To ensure the availability of your selections, we require that you submit your menu at least 15 days prior to your function date. Our enclosed selections are offered merely as suggestions and our catering staff will be more than happy to tailor a menu to your specific tastes.
A minimum guarantee of attendance must be submitted 15 days in advance of your function. This number will be considered a minimum guarantee and will not be subject to reduction. This will be the figure used to prepare your bill even if fewer guests attend. An increase in numbers will be permitted prior to your scheduled function time and will be reflected at the time of billing.
We require a deposit equal to 30% of the estimated charges with the return of a signed contract. The balance is due with the attendance guarantee 15 days prior to the function.
An 18% service charge, 6% Maryland State sales tax and 1% Ocean City tax will be added by the Hotel to all food and beverage charges.
