Dear Mr. Tremellen,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for making our annual conference, which was held at your facility April 26-29, a great success. We have had our conferences at your hotel since the Princess Royale opened.
I would like to thank Lisa Roberts in your sales office. She is a pleasure to work with. She always makes herself available to help make our conference a successful one. She was particularly helpful this year. Two days before I was to come to Ocean City, my father passed away. Lisa was very compassionate and was ready to help our executive council in any way possible.
Also, I would like to thank Maggie Cellitto. When I came to the hotel in March, Maggie and I met and went over our conference schedule, hour by hour. She had some great suggestions to make our conference even better. The change in the banquet menu from the traditional buffet to the Eastern Shore buffet earned a two thumbs up from all those who attended the banquet.
And finally, Volkan and Bart, two hard working young men. I was able to get down to the hotel on Saturday and who was the first person I saw - Volkan. He immediately asked how I was doing. What a gentleman. Although I just met Bart, I could tell that you have another good person working for you. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Please pass my appreciation on to your staff. They are great people to work with and I look forward to working with all of them in the future.
