Rates & Policies for JULY and AUGUST 2014 2 & 3 Bedroom Condo
IMPORANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Rentals for June 28th, 2014 through September 1st, 2014 have started, and can be made at www.princessroyale.com or by calling 1-800-4-ROYALE (1800-476-9253) from 8am-10pm daily.
*Note for 2014 summer:
All condominiums are 100% non-smoking. The Princess Royale is a completely smoke free hotel, and smoking is NOT permitted anywhere, INCLUDING the balconies. A $200.00 fine will be applied to any guest found violating this rule.
Requests for specific condos and/or locations MAY be requested but are NEVER guaranteed. NOTE; unlike when you reserve with a realtor, we are a condo-HOTEL therefore you are NOT booking a specific condo number; you are booking a condo; just as when you book a hotel room. We assign actual room numbers a day or two before your arrival based on unit availability and requests- in the order received. Therefore, we can never guarantee a specific room number, north or south tower, near other families, bedding size, etc. Also, anything can happen such as plumbing, electrical or other issues, damage from previous tenants that can cause a unit to be out of order upon your arrival. Much time and effort is placed in honoring as many requests as possible.
Reservations for the two bedroom and three bedroom condos will be accepted, based on availability, for ANY arrival/departure pattern with only a three (3) night minimum required in July and August.
The THREE bedroom, three bath oceanfront condos (we have 7 of these units) for the summer of 2014 will be $4,193.00 weekly, plus 10.5%tax or $599.00 per NIGHT plus 10.5% tax. This rate is based on up to 6 adults in the condo and children under 12 years old are free. Persons over the age of 12 years old (above the 6 adults permitted) are $20.00 per person, per night, plus tax, additional. Bedding sizes and number of beds vary in each condo. Please note that small Pack-n-Plays and cots are $15.00 per night, plus tax, and are subject to availability. The three bedroom condos have three full bedrooms; TWO of the bedrooms face the ocean and the thirds bedroom does NOT have a view. There are three full baths. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. All three bedroom condos have an oceanfront living room with a queen sleep sofa. All three bedroom condos have a dining room. All three bedroom condos have one large direct oceanfront balcony. There is a television with DVD in the living room and a television in the master bedroom. NOTE: There are NOT televisions in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. All units have a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and electronic safe. Linens are provided and DAILY maid service is included in the rate. NOTE: bedding sizes is solely at the discretion of the owner. ALL the master bedrooms have a king bed. However, the bedding sizes vary in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms; some are queens, some are full, some have bunks in the 3rd bedroom that are full on the bottom and twins on the top. Again, we gladly accept requests but cannot guarantee bedding size and configurations.
The two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condos (we have 22 of these units) with CORNER OR FRONT balcony (again, by request based on availability) for the summer of 2014 will be $3,493.00 weekly, plus 10.5% tax or $499.00 or NIGHT, plus 10.5% tax. This rate is based on up to 4 adults in the condo and children under 12 years old are free. Persons over the age of 12 (above the 4 adults permitted) are $20.00 per person, per night, plus tax additional. Bedding sizes and number of beds vary in each condo. Please note that small Pack-n-Plays and cots are $15.00 per night, plus tax, and are subject to availability. These condos have two full bedrooms; one of which faces the ocean and the 2nd bedroom does not have a view. There are two full bathrooms. These condos have an oceanfront living room with a queen sleep sofa. There is a television with DVD in the living room and a television in the master bedroom. NOTE: There is NOT a television in the 2nd bedroom. All units have a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and electronic safe. Linens are provided and DAILY maid service is included in the rate.
NOTE; bedding configuration is at the sole discretion of the owner; ALL condos have THREE beds and a queen sleeper. SOME time the two beds, usually queens, are in the oceanfront bedroom; SOME time the oceanfront bedroom has one king or one queen. Some of the 2nd bedrooms are doubles; some are queens. There are NO beds smaller than a double in any two bedroom condo. We are happy to accept requests regarding your preference but it is not guaranteed.
The total number of guests in the condo, including children, may not exceed the number of people that the unit will sleep unless they are crib age. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED. The Princess Royale Security staff will issue ONE warning only regarding noise violations before eviction. This is to ensure that all families enjoy their time at our resort.
All condos have a queen sleep sofa in the oceanfront living room. All two and three bedroom condos have two televisions only; one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is a DVD in the living room.
Wireless Internet access is available from all condos for no additional charge; NO password is needed. All kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove with conventional oven, dishwasher and trash compactor. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking (i.e. no roasting pans, cookie sheets, etc.) and there is a toaster & coffee maker in each unit. All condos also have a washer & dryer as well as iron and ironing board. There are hairdryers in the master bathroom. Bedding varies by unit. Linens are provided and DAILY maid service is included in the rate. Parking is free of charge. The electronic safe in every condo is $1.50 per day; regardless of use. Please note that we highly suggest you utilize the safe for the protection of your valuables. And, your valuables being secured in your safe to which you choose your code alleviates any possibility of misplaced items being suspected to be staff related.
One night’s deposit (including tax) is due at the time of reservation. A confirmation will be sent after we have received your deposit. Credit card given must be able to be charged the deposit amount at the time of the reservation.
The FULL balance due will be billed to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival. A second confirmation will be mailed when your reservation is paid in full. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in – no exceptions.
Reservations that are not paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival will be canceled without notice and the original deposit returned. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of reservation.
Cancellations for ANY reason for 2 and 3 bedroom condo reservations arriving in July and August 2014 MUST be received a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that this policy cannot be waived; even in cases of emergency; there are no exceptions. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival result in full forfeiture of the full rental amount including tax. All cancellations, even those made more than 30 days prior to arrival, are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. In other words, ANY cancellation results in a $100 processing fee. There is no charge to change your reservations 30 days prior to arrival to other dates as long as we have availability for your new dates.
Please note that upon arrival it will be necessary for you to present the credit card used for the deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy and is for your protection against fraud & identity theft. In the event that you cannot provide the credit card used, the account will be refunded and full payment via another means will be due in full before the keys to the condo will be provided.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Condos are RARELY available before 4pm in July and August so PLEASE plan accordingly and we highly suggest you do not arrive early with perishable foods as we do not have storage available for these items. You are welcome to arrive as early as you like and obtain a parking permit and a MAX of two parking permits will be issued for a 3 bedroom condo and a ONE for a 2 bedroom condo; valet parking is available for additional vehicles at $6.95 per day, plus tax. You may use all the facilities of the hotel and the beach until your condo is available however this is usually 4:00 p.m. during the summer. Your luggage will need to remain in your vehicle until your condo is ready. Therefore, if you plan to arrive early please prepare by packing a bag with anything you may need to enjoy the day prior to check in. (We do have changing rooms available.)
Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. While departing 30-60 minutes late may not seem significant, it means that next family is getting in 30-60 minutes late which is significant. Accordingly, we are very strict regarding our check out time. All guests need to completely vacate the condo and then check out at the Front desk prior to 11:00 a.m. Please do NOT check out until all items and guests have vacated the unit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Condos still occupied at 11:00 a.m. are subject to hourly late check-out fees. You are welcome to use the beach and facilities for the remainder of the day on your departure date. Changing rooms are available and your vehicle may remain on property until 4:00 p.m. on the day of your departure.
